ORDERING INFORMATION

ABOUT SHIPPING: We currently ship items anywhere in the USA MONDAY - WEDNESDAY FOR ORDERS PLACED THE WEEK BEFORE.  Our products are PERISHABLE. Please make sure you are there to receive your package. You will receive notice once your item has been shipped to track your order accordingly. 

LOCAL PICKUP: Please select pickup date and location at checkout. Local pickup is currently available on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. You will receive notice once your order is ready for pick up. 

DELIVERY: Orders are available for delivery when placed Monday by 4:00pm. Orders are delivered WEDNESDAY in select locations (Inland Empire and Los Angeles, CA).

ABOUT CALCULATIONS: We calculate shipping cost based on the weight of package and destination based on distance from our facility in California. We currently ship UPS next day.

FOR LOST PACKAGES: Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item is has been registered as delivered. If you experience your package going missing please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package.  Please make sure your shipping address is correct and your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left. If you are concerned your package may be lost or stolen please contact us before placing your order and we will facilitate your order being delivered with a confirmation signature. Additional fees may apply.

ABOUT FRAUDULENT CHARGES: Our system notifies us when a potentially fraudulent purchase has been made. If the purchase is considered to be potentially fraudulent, the buyer will be contacted immediately and may be required to confirm identity. We are not able to ship until confirming the purchase with the customer. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause however this policy is in place to protect you.

ABOUT DISCOUNT CODES: Discount codes may not be combined with other discount offers or promotions. Offer may not be applied to previous purchases. Discount applied before shipping, handling, and tax. Please note, some exclusions may apply.

ABOUT RETURNS:  Because of the nature of our products, we do not offer returns. Please note, you reserve the right to cancel an order BEFORE the product has shipped. Once the item has shipped, we cannot cancel your order.

HOURS OF OPERATION: We are available to chat Monday-Thursday 8:00 am-1:00 pm, Friday 10:00 am-3:00 pm and Sunday 9:00 am-2:00 pm PST. We are closed on all major holidays. We will list when our store is closed outside of major holidays on our homepage banner.
